Breathwork Exchange
I use a sliding scale to determine exchange for individual breathwork sessions, which allows more flexibility to offer services to people who otherwise might find them cost-prohibitive. The scale runs from $100 - $250. When people pay at the higher end of the scale, then I am able to offer more sessions to people who are at the lower end of the scale.

Redistribute - $190-$250
Therapy Exchange
My full fee for individual therapy is $225 and my fee for relationship therapy is $250. I do offer sliding scale options for those seeking individual therapy.
I am INN (In Network) with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare.
For those looking to use Out Of Network (OON) benefits, I can provide you with a ‘superbill’ for insurance reimbursement.
