Breathwork Exchange

I use a sliding scale to determine exchange for individual breathwork sessions, which allows more flexibility to offer services to people who otherwise might find them cost-prohibitive. The scale runs from $100 - $225. When people pay at the higher end of the scale, then I am able to offer more sessions to people who are at the lower end of the scale.

Talk Therapy Exchange

My fee for individual therapy is $200 and my fee for relationship therapy is $225. I do offer sliding scale options.

I am INN (In Network) with some insurance (Aetna, Oxford, and United Healthcare). However I am not accepting any new insurance patients at this time.

For those looking to use Out Of Network (OON) benefits, I can provide you with a superbill for insurance reimbursement.
